Diana DuHaime

As the founder and lead artist of ONLO, She’s grown this business from the ground up.

In 2009 Diana began her career in a small town salon doing hair. As a young mom, it was painful to spend long hours away from her son and still need a second part time job to make ends meet. In 2011, She moved her family to Philadelphia and risked everything by leaving her side hustles behind and focusing fully on owning a wedding beauty business. The first few years were not always easy but she pressed through eventually making quality connections with fellow vendors and getting publications throughout all the major outlets. Eventually her work was distinguishable throughout the Philadelphia area and she now has a team that services over 135 weddings a year.
Beyond events and private clients, she’s also worked with some of the world’s top photographers, models and brands.
Diana swears by processes and protocol and knows that the success she’s seen so far comes from the ability to intertwine business and creativity together for a lucrative result.

+ Who is this consulting for?

Our consulting is focused on aspiring artists who want to build bridal/wedding brands. We focus on getting you to a place that has you working with your ideal clients and creating looks you love to create (the dream). The wedding industry can feel clunky sometimes, but we know from experience you can have easy and meaningful client interactions that feed your soul, make you successful and grow your bank account.

+ Who is this consulting not for?

If you are looking to just copy ONLO, we feel flattered but that's not the point. You are an individual with a skill set and personal style that could be a beautiful brand on it's own. We are also not for you if you don't align with our core values. We will not spend time with anyone that has hateful rhetoric, phobic mentality towards race, bodies, or genders, or is not willing to follow our own process with respect to the hard work we put into it. We don't recommend reaching out if you want a bunch of free answers or expect a mentorship that takes advantage of our time and experience.

+ What does pricing look like for this service?

Our consulting starts at $750, but it is custom to your needs. We suggest to be prepared with a budget of $750 to $1500. You don't pay anything until you feel great about what our plans entail.

+ Do I need to come to you for this consulting?

Nope! Everything is done virtually. This means we can work with you no matter where you are!

+ I'm hoping to freelance doing commerical work, do you do consulting for that?

We have a limited consult for those interested in just freelance opportunity. It is usually a 1 hour zoom, 1-on-1 that is an open conversation about where you are at and where you want to be with advice for next steps. Feel free to reach out for more details.
